CVMA of Cambridge Ohio Donates Generous Check to Veterans’ Outreach

Commander Steve “Hellhound” Vickers from the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association, CVMA, located in Cambridge Ohio contacted Veterans’ Outreach a few months back.  Commander Vickers said that they had selected Veterans’ Outreach to be one of the 501(c)3 organizations that they would donate to in 2021.  He said he just wants to help his veteran brothers and sisters in Ohio.

They held a Poker Run on August 21, 2021, to generate funds.  On September 10, 2021, Commander Vickers and other members rode to our 6th Annual Golf Scramble to donate their check.  In front of a TV camera, 134 golfers, staff, and volunteers, they donated a check in the amount of $8500!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were shocked and amazed at their generosity.  We were one of four organizations that they donated to.  We are so grateful to CVMA and their sponsors for choosing Veterans’ Outreach.  It is a great honor to receive this kind of acknowledgement and acceptance.  This donation will enable us to help many veterans with problems that have taken their lives off track and seem insurmountable to them.   With this help, veterans can go about their daily business of living and moving forward with a better life.
