Veteran Mom Threatened With Power Shut-off  Notice

Our office was contacted by a VA case manager.  Her client has recently had a baby, along with a couple of small children but had to miss work for a few days because of the flu (not the Corona virus!). While she is trying to make the best of her post-service career, the resultant loss of income meant that she fell behind on her power bill, and is now threatened with a shut down.  Worried about her baby’s health, her case manager contacted us for help and we stepped in to cover the bill.
