NEW BEGINNINGS AND A BRIGHT FUTURE

Today we would like to spotlight a “Case of the Week.” A caseworker came to the office and asked if we can assist a veteran with motor vehicle fines. This veteran has worked very hard to change their life. She has been able to get housing and disability, but now she is seeking a job.

To continue to improve her life and be able to get part-time work she needed to have her driver’s license reinstated. We were happy to provide the money for the fines. We were also able to provide her with fresh foods from our Freedom Food Pantry and clothing from our Heroes’ Closet. As we always say, every day is Veterans’ Day at Veterans’ Outreach!
