Today’s Case of the Week comes from our Hartselle, AL office written by our EC, Mike Johnson.
Recently we had a veteran come in for assistance for his mortgage payment, it was apparent that he was at his wits end and did not know what to do.
He explained that he had been to multiple veterans assistance entities in a large city and they all said that they could not help him because he was out of their area (60 miles away).
The good thing was that they all told him to try Veterans’ Outreach and they could probably help. Help we did!
Luckily, we do not have a limited area, we help all veterans in Alabama, regardless of how far they are from our office.
